Green geometry with "hidden" jewels. This looks good on a video call and in-person.

I can't quite articulate why, but I would put this tie on a character who is the office tech expert in a weekly newspaper comic about a modern manufacturing company.

The red side here is also something that character would wear. Reminds me of a shirt you could buy at Target in the mid 2010's. Not a specific shirt, just the general idea of a mid-2010's button-up shirt from Target. It would have had short sleeves.

Plus it has diamonds just like the green side.
